"EarthChurch" was founded by Rachel Whitehead, a gifted therapist and healer-teacher-mentor-guide with 25 years experience working on a deep level, with many many people.
Despite the transformative power of 1-on-1 work, Rachel observed that not all healing can come through talk therapy alone and required more somatic and nature-based approaches to shift stuck energy out of the body. She also realised that the one thing she could not give her beloved clients was the truly healing experience of belonging and acceptance that comes with real community connection.
Most of all, Rachel saw that her clients deeply desired a sense of spiritual connection in life, an unplugging from "the matrix" way of life and wanted to participate in the greater good.
This is how EarthChurch was born.
Here, we create soul-nourishing opportunities for people to come together and experience a grounded spirituality, real community connection
and deep remembering of who we are.
This includes community gatherings and events, workshops, immersions
and deep 1-on-1 work. (Medicare rebates available)
WORK WITH RACHEL
Deep dive in your personal healing journey through 1-on-1 counselling sessions with Rachel.
Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Rachel creatively combines talk therapy with other powerful approaches
to initiate deep healing, growth and transformation.
Uniquely tailored to the individual, these sessions can include sunrise sessions at the beach,
walk-and-talk therapy, plant medicine & micro-dosing (psilocybin) integration support, meditation, inner journeying and energetic bodywork.
As a highly skilled breathwork facilitator, Rachel also offers private breathwork sessions.
