Welcome and thank you for being here! My name is Rachel and I have worked on a deep, deep level with many, many people for over 20 years. Originally completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and working in the field of mental health, I later completed a Masters of Counselling and created my own private practice as a counsellor/therapist.
​
Over the years, I found that not everything can be shifted through talk therapy alone and a variety of complimentary approaches gradually found their way into my practice. One such modality is Spinal Flow Technique, which I now incorporate in all my sessions. Spinal Flow works directly with the body’s nervous system, switching us from fight/flight to rest/digest/heal and is a powerful support for any kind of healing – whether it be mental-emotional issues, or chronic physical health conditions. Alongside my human-world qualifications and experience, I live a deeply spirit-led life which has been the true guiding force in shaping all-that-I-am and how I serve others. This has evolved into 'Heal Thyself' and ‘EarthChurch’, my two creative babies.
Heal Thyself
This is the generally what people come to see me for - a 1.5hr session combining deep talk therapy with spinal flow technique and other powerful, creative approaches to initiate deep healing, growth and transformation. With a solid foundation of decades of skill, experience and wisdom as a therapist and a natural gift for energy work this makes for a powerful combo. Also available is 1.5hrs of pure energetic bodywork. Very powerful!
Regular 1hr counselling sessions, to cater for those who do not have the time/funds/desire for a longer session or spinal flow bodywork. Medicare rebates available. Uniquely tailored to the individual's needs, counselling sessions can often include sunrise sessions at the beach, walk and talk, meditation, breathwork, an element of ceremony...the potential is endless. $150 full fee or $120 concession & an $85 Medicare rebate with a MHCP.
~ Transformational coaching & support package ~
This unique service is not for everyone given the costs involved, however for some people money is not an issue and their need for this service is deeply desired. Here, I have attended people's homes and we have engaged in intensive therapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, fresh and organic meal preparation, nutritional support, energetic bodywork and more. For some this was a once-off "in-home retreat". For others, daily visits over a week to prevent admission. This offering is also delivered as a deep-dive over several months, when desiring coaching for complete life transformation. Whatever the case, every detail is curated with love, especially for you.
